Extra script to clone a gh-pages branch #9

I added a script to do the magic that is required to create the gh-pages branch.

When asked to do this on repo XXX it will check out a fresh clone into XXX_gh_pages and switch that to the gh-pages branch so that you can keep a copy checked out simultaneously with the master branch or other branches
