Fix bad doc: "xe sr-introduce" must be used instead of "xe sr-attach #210

Updated xe command to add an existing SR and link to Citrix documentation.

I think it's better to use a commit like this:

Fix bad doc: "xe sr-introduce" must be used instead of "xe sr-attach"

Also add a link to Citrix documentation for a complete explanation.
