Create a release for first RPM package #2

It would be good to have a released 1.0.0 version with a download link (or at least a tag) in order to reference it from the RPM spec file.

Ideally, the tag name should be xcp-ng-updater-1.0.0

Edit: actually, bad idea, because github will create a xcp-ng-updater-xcp-ng-updater-1.0.0 directory in the archive. So, the tag name should be: v1.0.0
