Add xcversion update to README #248

I think the text right below the "Update" heading needs to be cleaned up. Maybe better would be to explicitly state that update needs to be run in order to refresh the list, and just include this in the section about list?

Was just reading it and I think it'd be best if this is in the section about listing - I think the context is a bit confusing when it's in the "install" section. In my mind the words "update" have a very different meaning when you're talking about "installing."
