Failover in case of Spotlight disabled #268

On some CI machines activity of Spotlight is very undesirable. I've add failover logic, explicitly scanning /Applicaltions folder for Xcode bundles in case the service is disabled.

You might want to modify the README as well. It mentions Spotlight.
