Make NetCDF index accessible #11

Store complete NetCDF index [#10] next to aux data [#9] as Zip archive [#8] in a publicly accessible location, preferably in object storage. Adapt the software to efficiently read from that location.

We now use SmosDirectCatalog by default, SmosIndexCatalog may be deprecated in the future. Reopen this issue, if we decide something different later.
