Enhances the previous PR #1021:

excluded all Python built-in functions except a safe subset
added new xcube server endpoint /expressions/namespace that reports expression capabilities
added more security tests for expressions and tests for the above

I approved, cause the tests show that only ufunc are in the namespace. Maybe, you can remove min and max from the build-in functions.

I did so.
