Add SNI support #233

Currently SNI doesn't work, needs to be fixed.

Actually, only fails to work for Python 2.x and that doesn't appear will ever 
be fixed:

Just a note that SNI support has been added to the stdlib in python-2.7.9.  
Might want to reopen this issue on that basis.
