[Feature] Custom messages #12

Add a possibility to use custom share texts for email (and subject!), twitter etc. Only possibility to change it now is to modify plugin directly.

Also add a possibility for custom URL for Twitter share.

In this fork of SelectionMenu you can put anything you want in the menu.
