clicking on a twitter,facebook, or email share prints the following special characters before and after highlighted text:

and I cannot figure out how to solve this. Thank you

Hmm, do you have something like charset=UTF-8 set on your html page? If not can you try with that and see if you still the issue? It seems like an encoding issue on your page.
