Expected behavior:
Page break should not be able to be edited (it happens if you do a certain action, can't replicate it right now but have done it plenty of times by accident), nor should it be able to be duplicate nor should it be able to be inserted inside a table, and you can mark the text and press backspace button to delete the "page break" text (or just drag it out of the box)
