RTL Support #521

Browser: Chrome OS: Linux

RTL is still not supported. There should be standard toggle button RTL/LTR in the tool bar to be able to switch between text directions. And once language is auto detected, its direction is also set.

This is important to mixed direction documents and paragraphs. Also sometimes RTL or LTR documents or paragraphs are used while the preset direction is the opposite. For example, you use LTR editor and paste RTL document. In other words, the editor supports either RTL or LTR but not mixed.
