Too long vspace between heading and first bibliography entry, as well as after last one (fancy style) #24

There is too much space between the bibliography heading and first entry, as well as after the last entry.

This issue seems to be known, as it says BUG/TODO: remove extra space between heading and first bibliography entry, as well as after last one in moderncvbodyv.sty

I have no clue how to find where this space comes from, maybe someone has a hint?
