Feature/refs pointing to other files

[xddq]

• implements $ref to file with relative path (went smoother than expected)
• adds naming created type and value based 'title' property in JSON schema
• prepares readme for initial 1.0.0 release. adds basic and with-ref-to-files example and adds tests for them.
