EDIT: I didn't pay attention to the fact that it's simply installing an apt repository, it's not a full package (Found that out when looking through the package itself...would have saved me time if i had just read the stupid instructions)... I suppose they do that so you can stay up to do with the latest client... I guess I'll have to look for another way to install.
Found a actual binary from here: https://repo.nordvpn.com/deb/nordvpn/debian/pool/main/

Refuses to launch, and i don't believe it's installing correct as i see this on uninstall:
