Feature idea: Add `built with` attribute #652

This is just out of my curiosity, but many of use some hosting service (e.g. wordpress.com) or static site generators (e.g. Jekyll) and I want to know what they use to build it. The scope of built with might be more broad than just those. For example, I use https://simplecss.org/ to style my website and only that, that might be interesting for many others. So, my proposal is to add built with attribute so that we can learn more from how each other builds their website.
