链接失效或者出错时可否添加文字提示比如：‘视频跑路了’，‘链接失效等’，目前是loading转圈，不知道是何错误。 image

在做mp4和mpeg文件切换时，type分别是 type:'video/mp4' 和 type: 'm3u8' 名称是否可以统一都改为/分割的类型 比如videojs里面m3u8是 type:'application/x-mpegURL'
