Before adding executables to repo, check for licensing issues :(

Look into executable building, preferrably for both Linux and Windows.

At least now there is the system in a less awkward way, but it still requires Portacle to run.

The system also requires an old version of LTK for color settings, and perhaps even an old version of Portacle in general (the new version fails to connect to Swank, so it's hard to tell).

While not perfect (some extra instructions on the quicklisp version would be nice), the current README is... sufficient. Probably should test it with somebody else's computer.
