Unify history and link list #43

Currently, the link list opens a popup window with REMOVE and LOAD options, while history has REMOVE as a separate button and has the button itself act as LOAD. One of these systems is better; pick it and use it everywhere.

Rendered moot by removing both history and link lists while working on #55.
