Fix repo history, once and for all #53

The history-rewriting may have been a bad idea and a lot of commits somehow got duplicated. Stop bungling around, maybe find a visual git history editor, and once you have fixed it online, redownload everything clean.

Started duplicating with the commit that added files & corpora, so probably still the same old issue.

It appears that the whole thing got added as a gigantic separate branch, then somehow accidentally merged.

For the gigantic branch, the blue one is correct and the black should be removed entirely.

The changes other than messing with history were minor. Reverted them, then re-added changes. No more mustard, hopefully, just a few half-done changes that will get fixed in overhauls to come.
