CL supports aspects like 'Auto 2', 'Double tap','Bulky' on weapons, we should support them.

CL has weapon aspects, not traits, so I guess the "traits" on gear should be removed and replaced with "aspects" instead.
Aspects might have the fields 'key','name','level','description'.
For CL rate of fire should be removed, and replaced with looking at 'level' in the 'Auto' aspect, if any.
The aspects should probably be used in all variants, and be shown as a table in the item editor I guess.
A (possibly filtered) list of an item's traits might be interesting to show in a tooltip on the character sheet?
When entering aspects a dropdown with the 'system supported' aspects would be nice (i.e. the ones with any code support), but entering anything should be allowed.
