[Request] [Localization] Use localized traits when displaying the public message about spell being cast #1430

Currently, as showcased below, the traits relating to the spell that is being cast are shown in english despite using a system localization for PF2E
Expected behavior: The names of traits and magic school should be loaclized before being injected into the public spell cast message.
