The Build NPC Spellbook Journal macro generates a journal entry, but the journal is blank. See screenshot for an example. I don't see any errors, warnings, or even info messages logged to the console when the macro executes.
This was mentioned on Discord and confirmed by @xdy to be broken, but I did not log an issue for it at the time and my search here did not find one, so this likely slipped through the cracks.
Reproduced the issue today to confirm the issue is still outstanding, using a freshly created world with:
