Search for UI developer #5

Right now I am looking for a UX/UI developer because the previous developer didn't fulfill the work and kept assuring me that everything was under control and would be ready soon.

I googled: "Where can I find a UX/UI developer?" At first, I found several websites, but they were terrible because they required too much information. Email verification, phone number, address, credit card details, company name. They asked too many questions about everything, and I didn't even get to the stage of searching for candidates for the position.

Then I found Behance, where I was able to search for candidates properly. The biggest advantage of this platform is that I can view portfolios, social media profiles, and easily contact the owner, not necessarily through the platform. However, it was still challenging to search there due to the lack of sufficient filters. Yes, I could specify full or part-time availability, field of expertise, country, and the tools a person knows. But I couldn't specify language, work experience, select multiple countries instead of just one. And it's important for me to be able to pay in USDT, and there are accounts on their platform that have cryptocurrency wallets listed, but I couldn't set a filter to see only those people.

The most well-known service for finding employees is LinkedIn. You could say it's my competition. But in reality, it's very bad for searching, and I'll explain why:

1) If I go to the search and choose the "People" section, I can't access people's profiles at all without a premium account. 2) I can't buy a premium account because it's not available in my region (I have a Russian account). 3) I can find the same people who are unavailable to me in the "People" section in the "Services" section, but there are fewer filters there, and it's harder to search. 4) When I go to a profile, most people don't have links to their portfolios. It shows where they work, where they studied, and their achievements, but that doesn't matter much to me. 5) Most people don't leave their contact information. They prefer to communicate through LinkedIn. But have you seen people actively communicating on LinkedIn? I haven't. So they rarely check their messages. 6) Before contacting someone regarding their services, you have to go through a survey and then wait for the person to respond. I believe it's much more convenient to communicate through messengers that were specifically created for communication because the person is more likely to see your message there.

In general, I'm disappointed with these websites. Some time ago, I was disappointed with freelancers, Upwork, profi.ru, HH.ru. If you're interested in why, I can tell you about each of them. Soon, I plan to provide a detailed overview of each well-known dating website and justify why they don't solve the problem but only exploit it, collecting money from users.
