The attempt to implement https://phabricator.accel-ppp.org/T59. The changes take the Calling Number/Called Number AVPs from L2TP ICRQ and put them respectively into the RADIUS AVPs Calling-Station-Id/Called-Station-Id in Access and Accounting requests. This allows use of Calling Number/Called Number AVPs for authorization purposes.
