I'd like to support this project - specifically this one, by the original author of accel-ppp.

The situation with two parallel repos is a bit of a mystery to me, especially as you @xebd are not listed in the other repo as a member. This one sees much less commits so I guess it's the mature stable version and that's what I actually prefer (mostly bug fixes, no new features, need stable working dual-stack IPv4+IPv6 PPPoE server with RADIUS, no other protocols, no extra kernel modules).

I'd like to contribute some code as well, nothing big really just some small fixes, no changes to existing features. Not sure if the other repo is interested in them at all (not much feedback either way), maybe I could try here.

I'm currently using accel-ppp as part of VyOS, but working on replacing that with a more lightweight "roll my own router" solution, based on Alpine+ifState+BIRD+accel-ppp.

@marekm72: I think it is needed to wait when the project will be at the good place and without a mix between this original place repository and the clone accel-ppp/accel-ppp.

Hello @Neustradamus - we may not know all the details, maybe there are some reasons things are the way they are, I asked about this as well but haven't seen it explained yet. Let's be patient, wait and see what @xebd as the original author says.
