Create shortcuts receiver #1183

Resolves #709. This PR adds a shortcut receiver.

If the user is not in the collection detail screen, the receiver just ignores the broadcast. This is something we need to decide how to implement it (add shortcuts with 9Cards in background)

When the user is in the collection detail screen, it adds the shortcut.
