Reorder collections

The user should be able to reorder the collection from launcher. When long-press, you can change the order of the collection, and it appear a new button in the top to delete the collection

QA Steps:

• Go to collections in Launcher
• Move one collection to another place on the same screen
• Go to collection detail and check that the collection is in the right order
• Go to 9Cards App info and Force Stop
• Check that the collection is in the place where you did the movement in launcher
• Go to collections in Launcher
• Move one collection to another place on the other screen
• Go to collection detail and check that the collection is in the right order
• Go to 9Cards App info and Force Stop
• Check that the collection is in the place where you did the movement in launcher
• Go to collections in Launcher
• Drag one collection to Remove action (top of the screen)
• Go to 9Cards App info and Force Stop
• Check that the collection isn't on launcher

Note: We are working on feedback when the user wants to move to another screen and icons for actions in ticket #437

• In another tickets you have to add the animations related to this ticket
