First version of screenshot should not have a baseline until approved #11

Currently, when reviewing an image has not been approved yet, the baseline is shown to be the first uploaded version of that image. Diffing also occurs against that version.

Instead, the app should allow for the absence of a baseline image, until a version of that image has been approved.
