Create docker image on each build with circleCi

Provides 2 docker images :

One fat "FullBuild" with compilation inside it.
One "Release" with the use of CircleCi to build server and create a light docker image with it.

To Enable build on CircleCi, it's needed to provide DOCKER_USER and DOCKER_PASS env variable with credentials for hub.docker.
