When using XL Release as a Platform as a Service on-boarding users of that service would ideally automated. What better way to automate this than to actually use an XL Release pipeline to add templates for users. When finished this will include associating teams to those templates and groups (LDAP/AD) to those teams so that the finished product is a blank canvas for the new users/organisations to create their own pipelines in their instance of XLRelease.
There is much work to do, currently this request just adds the functionality to create a new template with Comma Separated tags.
Future releases will include the ability to add teams and users and possibly even some tasks and phases that might be considered standard in the PaaS organisation.
