Add brazilian portuguese language for whasapp-for-linux.

Hi @filhocf, thanks a lot for this! Could you also add the necessary fields to the desktop file as described here https://github.com/eneshecan/whatsapp-for-linux/wiki#adding-your-translation ?

Hi @eneshecan.

I can't tried my translation yet because I can't install your deb package (because the deb compression problem).

When I have it installed, I'll maintain the pt-br translation. Thank you by your effort in to do this software.
