Does the app works with D3300 on WU-1A wireless adaptor? #266

Does DSLRDashboard app works with Nikon D3300 using WU-1A adaptor wireless 
connection? Does it work with its full capability or is there limited 
functionality over wi-fi compare to a USB connection?
I am using a Samusung Galaxy S4 and planning to buy Nikon D3300

The new qDslrDashboard (http://dslrdashboard.info) should work with the D3300.
However you should know that the D3300 (and all the D3x00 models) are budget 
models with limited function (limited PTP function) and without documentation 
for developers.

Thank you for your quick response. Does that mean that Nikon provide
documentation for high-end cameras which helps you in developing fully
compatible app?

Do you think Nikon support guys will provide the documentation for D3300 if
I will ask as a customer? What would I need to ask specifically?
