Add support for additional PGNs #36

For the WSO100: 130310. For the GPS200:126992,128259, 129025, 129026, and 129539.

Also, rename exampleMetaData.xml to Nmea2000.xml. Also move it into a /metadata folder. All SeaSlug specific messages should be moved to a SeaSlug.xml file in that folder as well.

Might want to add a <include file="otherFile.xml" /> tag into your XML format, so that you could have your own XML file including both the NMEA200 and SeaSlug message lists.

You should post the commit or pull request that closes the issue when you close it. You can link by just putting a '#' in front of the PGN or just posting the first part of the commit hash.
