Do you mean that we will send html e-mails, and we need to create all these templates (one per e-mail?)

The component for creating emails from templates is already in the code, however it does not support HTML, so we can switch it to thymeleaf as you suggested.

I opened the .docx file with libre office and I see underlined texts with no links in them, like this:

Is it my editor or they forgot to add URLs?

Comment: personally I find those e-mails too long.
