It would be nice if it supported MyAlerts' "Receive alert for reputation?" alert. I haven't checked yet but alert generation code like this: https://github.com/MyBBStuff/MyAlerts/blob/master/inc/plugins/myalerts.php#L841-L860 + MyAlerts activated/setting check before it should just work.
EDIT: actually, you can just check whether the class/function exists.
