Jaws Unleashed Fmv issue #1214

Bug Description

The FMV seem to play at a half-frame rate (30fps) causing choppy video playback due to half the animation frame being skipped.

Having the same issue with videos in the game Batman: Vengeance. Game otherwise runs well at 4x internal resolution.
