Codename: Kids Next Door - No cutscenes (Steam Deck) #1373

Bug Description

When loading up the game, you are unable to see any of the cutscenes (FMVs (?)) In the main menu along with in the game all appear to run as it should, you are just greeted with black screens instead of cutscenes.

Expected Behavior

Should be able to see the cutscene.

Additional Context

I have verified that it is not my rip of the iso, game does not have this issue on my windows machine.

I did end up installing windows onto my steam deck to test this, and it did resolve the issue, so it is only a thing on linux
