Same issue here, turning on real-time dsp processing fixes the speed but breaks the audio
Still the same issue using the latest release 0.7.131. The gameplay is locked at 30 fps with the normal DSP and 60 fps with the real-time DSP. Sadly, the real-time DSP causes the audio to stutter.
I’ve a patch that fix this for xemu. (Ips)

Bug Description
Gameplay is slower than expected regardless of specs, it's about 1/2 to 2/3 the expected speed. This issue only affects actual gameplay, everything else (menu, videos, etc.) works as expected. The issue is present on all versions of the game (NA/EU), including the prototype.
Here is a video from someone else. Their setup is miles ahead of mine and entirely AMD, so the issue seems to affect everyone equally.
