Galleon [USA] Cutscene not showing correctly #1538

Bug Description

The cutscene in the first chapter after you found all the clues on the ship and talking to Areliano, is distrupted, not working , skipping frames overlapping audio.

Expected Behavior

Should show the cutscene correctly

OS:W11 GPU: 4090 CPU: I9 13900k
