yaml: use variable to specify `build_target` #125

Variables BUILD_TARGET_DOMD and BUILD_TARGET_DOMU are used to specify build target for corresponding domains and their build products. This change allows to switch build target in further commits.

Tested by numerous builds of all affected yaml-files for h3ulcb-4x2g and h3ulcb-4x2g-kf.
