Change URL for the lisot sources #138

We have moved the lisot repo to the xen-troops organization. So this commit updates SRC_URI accordingly.

PR was tested by the build of the virtio-based prod-devel. The lisot component was bult successfully. I have verified that sources were used from the xen-troops remote and all expected commits are in place.
