The current version of Linux Kernel is 5.10.
The version for recipes for linux-libc-headers in poky is 5.4.
Take the recipes from poky, revision 66d657c138ef27b539a1abdb127794429b6e2dab
which contain up to date patches.
This commit should be reverted as soon as poky contains corresponding
recipes for linux-libc-headers.
