domd: remove xenbr0-systemd-networkd.conf as outdated #373

xenbr0-systemd-networkd.conf was needed as a workaround for the issue with checksum for TX packets. The issue doesn't exist anymore therefore file is not needed.

Tested by build-and-run of prod-devel DomU with this PR pulled. The clean build passed OK. On board, ping google.com passed OK in DomD and DomU.
