LoongArch support patch from http://github.com/loongson/llvm-project

If gcc fail to compile, try using crossdev loongarch64-unknown-linux-gnu-emerge to create a binpkg.

for mesa radeonsi opengl driver, add AMDGPU to LLVM_TARGETS in /etc/portage/make.conf
