PED_SCHEDULE clarify #5

From my observations, some special combination of duration and period represent some pre-defined scheduling, i.e. those magic number combination will invoke some different action base on distribution.

Distribution Duration Period Pre-defined scheduling
Fixed burst 1 0 One shot
Fixed burst 1 X repeat period: X
All others... 1 0 Continuous

@leonardhyu Cause I can not find detail document about it, please correct me if I am mistaken.
