Server side mods on client side + Mod proposition

There are in total 17 mods that i found that are server side only and get unnecessarily added client side:

• Tectonic
• Spark
• Luckperms
• dcintegration
• Chunky
• Alternate Current
• Lithium
• YUNG's Extras
• YUNG's Bridges
• YUNG's Better Strongholds
• YUNG's Better Dungeons
• FTB Backups
• FTB Library
• FTB XMod Compat

I think these mods should be disabled from getting installed client side. I also propose adding an optional mod called LambDynamicLights which restores the dynamic lights from optifine.

Alternatively you could add these mods to the optional list, since they would be useful singleplayer, but since the modpack is made for multiplayer use I don't think they should be forced.
