SonicWeave changelog:

Implement record syntax {third: 5/4, fif: 3/2, octave: 2}
Realize scale words e.g. realizeWord("sLssL", {s: 9/8})
Add sanity limits to FJS formatting
Fix formatting of P5 % 8 using interordinals with eighth sharps.

Self-reviewing: Minor formatting bugs remain (fixed on sonic-weave/main) but this is a reasonable step forward.
