Remove obsolete items from the character palette.

SonicWeave changelog:

Add support for unary √
Remove superfluous accidentals
Clarify relative interval qualities by making √2 a perfect interval
Switch Latin -> Greek correspondence to be semioctave-alphabetical
Drop absolute semiquartals from the grammar
