SW2: Merge offset coalescing is inconsistent #728

10-note scale

  1. Start with the 3/2 2/1 scale.
  2. Merge offset by 5/4 with wrap, twice.
  3. Merge offset by 6/5 with wrap.

14-note scale

  1. Start with the 7\12 12\12 scale.
  2. Merge offset by 4\12 with wrap, twice.
  3. Merge offset by 3\12 with wrap.
